Why Home Euthanasia?

 

A central mission of Circle of Life for Pets is to create a new standard when it comes to end of life care for pets.

Being in the comfort of home surrounded by loved ones means that your family and your pet can be optimally supported through this process.  You can grieve in your own way, share stories and memories, read poems or prayers if desired, and keep your friend where they are most comfortable and content. 

 

Of course, it may not always be possible to have a home euthanasia if there is an emergency situation or if your individual situation makes care outside of the home preferable.  In this case, it may be optimal to receive care in a clinic setting.
